本单元出现的副词主要有：early/late，well/badly，fast/slowly，这三组正好也是互为反义词。其中 early/late 还可作形容词。
频度副词：用来表示一定时间内事情发生的次数
我们可以使用频度副词来表示做某件事的频率。如：
He always gets up at six in the morning.
We do not often go to the cinema.
I am never late for school.
注意： 频度副词一般放在行为动词的前面、助动词 do/does 和 be 的后面。
频度副词所表示的频率由低到高为：
- never 从不
- seldom 很少
- sometimes 有时
- often 经常
- usually 通常
- always 总是
